angelkitty101Gods I love the sun, makes me want to go to parks and sit and drink and have huge amounts of fun! Roll on my hols, that's all I can say!
Vix - sorry for not appearing last night, was completely bushed and went to bed at 11.30, on a non-school night!!!!! Bus journeys from Walsall really take it out of you!
Had a feeling yesterday that I really needed to do something, so I texted my lovely friend Ag and went to see her and her little one. It's official, I have 2 of the most handsome nephews in the world! Look out for them in about 12 yrs time (for Squeak) and 15 yrs for Boo. And yes, I'm aware that I'm being optimistic here!
Had a great day, went to the Trough finally, and played pool. Kinda stunned myself with how much better I am than I thought. Still managed to pot the black without trying tho. Oh well, I had fun. I blame my lack of skill on the dykes at Uni, who told me that I wasn't allowed to play pool cos I wasn't a lesbian! So I just used to stand and look pretty.
Was really good to see Aggie, although we had a very girlie moment when we realised that we had the same hair, most eek-worthy. I've realised anew how little help ppl can be, like the guy who thought I was holding the door open for him, and completely ignored the woman, baby and buggy that was coming through it at the time. Maybe it's a sight problem!
Was nice to catch up with her, cos the last time we saw each other it was as she was off to the station! Had a good girlie giggle about our respective ex's. And commented on the state of micro-goths today. The whole 'I cut myself cos it's so goth', and 'Evernescense are like so goth', that 14 yr olds appear to have. Yuck! Still they'll learn (we hope)
Am meeting lovely Dru-lady later for coffee, will be nice to see her, as always. And I can put the world to rights all over again!
