2 gorgeous bundles of purr!

angelkitty101Well, it's about time I gave you more of an idea of my purr-bags, and 'sides, it's a slow news day. Nothing much happening this end. I'm gonna go and see missscarlett21 on Sat, and I can't wait, Loo will not be coming with, as he is currently not able to. Meeting Dru-lady on Sun, and then god knows what on Mon! How exciting to be me!
But back to the cats! I don't have piccies yet, but will get them sorted ASAP, there is a problem with photographing my cats as they tend to look at the camera which makes their eyes glow! Hence the mad staring alien eyes that Juxti saw!
Those who know me, know how mad I am about my girls. I got them from the Cats Protection League on the 13/10/01, if you want cats, look at rescue homes, there are many wonderful kitties waiting for someone to love them. They were thin, sad looking, no gloss on their fur, and Aubrey had recently been spayed, and the fur was just starting to grow back (if you look at early photos of her, they are all taken from the none shaved side).
They have matured (under my care and incessent spoiling) into sleek, glossy, friendly fuss-bags, although Aubrey does appear to think like a dog at times, retriving twists of paper, eating kebabs etc!
However i've never thought of them as being particulaly bright (well Freya is clever, but Aubrey.....well Aubrey has pretty eyes), but joda_vibe saw something in the Radio Times about intelligence tests for animals, and I think that they are a lot cleverer than they are letting on. Damn them and their casual subtefuge. I mean, I had kinda guessed that they had more than fluff in there, after all Aubrey is my familiar, and both have proven to be damn clever at times.
Plus they are the best judges of character, I knew Joda-boi was someone special when BOTH cats fawned all over him at first meeting (Freya climbed off me and onto him!), and they have won him completely. But then Freya is a complete slut when it comes to men, but she does love her Jody!
Anyway enough of ramdon mumblings - have a fabby weekend all - read you all soon!
