Hello All, welcome to my wonderful world of whimsy! The events of the past week are STILL rumbling on, but unlike everyone involved, I really can't be arsed! As I have been constantly reminded by everyone around me, with friends like that, I had no need for enemies, also as both the lovely valkyrie_n_1 and missscarlet21 have reminded me (oh and joda-boi - love you!)I have loads of friends, and it is difficult to keep up with them all, never mind adding any more! Plus ALL my friends are lovely, sane and gorgeous ppl!

Right, now that all the slushiness is out of the way, on to the excitement of my update! Friday was lovely, fab weather and the arrival of the gorgoeus Claire! Silverlink was late, as always, but we did some shopping (Vince Ray soooooo rocks), and I bought books, so am improving my mind! Static Girl - I bought a book on Geisha's, do you want to borrow it when I've finished? Claire bought me 21st centuary Goddess as a pressie, great book, her taste is amazing, the book is really good (a little slanted towards Buddism, but full of useful info!)
We had coffee outside Starbucks to finish and it was soooooo nice, lovely weather and great company!

Went to meet my friend Lex at The Litten Tree, but owing to various errors, didn't meet. She had a bit of a bad weekend, and am now worried about her! Have told her to call me if she needs me.

Sat was another beautiful day, but because we are all crap, we missed the chance to go to Wolves - sorry all! Went shopping in town - again! This time I gratified my inner comic slut, bought trade paperback of Dogwitch, and new Dawn (never should have given that litho back *grumble*) and then bought my first copy of Skin Two (mainly cos I love the model, and the style of rope bondage). tis very good, am very impressed, don't know if I'll get anymore!

Met lovely dru-lady, Ang' and Spiggy mid wander. Was lovely to see you all, and thank you sooo much for your kind words Ang', that really means a lot. Claire says sorry for being rude, she's a body mod nut and it's kinda the first thing she sees (with me it's jewelry!)

Ended up in Scruffy's, Claire ended up wearing her cider visor (all men looking like Tom Delong), and then we went home!

Cos Sunday was so glorious, we went to the park with Richard to teach him to skateboard, he looked so cute in his skater gear! Joda-boi taught him, and played with his diabalo, he's sooooo talented *sigh*. I loved being out in the great outdoors, and consecrated my wand (finally), and really chilled out. Must do it again cos it's fab!

Also joda-boi and I have decided on our theme for our houswarming party 'Mobsters and Molls', so dig out your pinstripe ppl and shake your funky thang to the sounds of Big Bad Voodoo daddy etc. All on my friends list are more than welcome, but because I can't be bothered to introduce ppl to each other, everyone will have a name tag! By the way, this idea is copywritten! And the party won't be until late Sept/early Oct (as I need to give the cats time to settle)

It's really good, it's split into modern day and historical. You need to get to Kyoto, they have all the geisha stuff there!
