Weekend update - long!

angelkitty101Gah! This weekend has been soooooo busy! Feel like I haven't stopped, which (unsurprisingly) led to me crashing and burning on Sunday, when I ended up having huge body crisis and generally feeling crappy! Thank gods for joda_vibe, who gave me tons of sensible sugestions and made me feel a lot better about myself. Doing sit-ups with one's other half whilst in bed is one of those silly close things that shows a relationship is more than just sex and other fun!
Fri - went to Notts for major comic/retail therapy and to see the lovely missscarlet21. Had an excellent time, and chatted for ages! Went and got my standing orders from Travelling Man (Dogwitch) and Page 45 (Gloomcookie, Courtney Crumrin, Nightmares and Fairy Tales), plus they had Stargate for Fi, which really made her day! The Roman Dirge T-shirt was not as good as I'd hoped, so Joda-boi ended up with Dork tower (Livin' La Vida Dorka) and the Roman Dirge kids book, and I bought a copy of Kabuki - Circle of Blood, which was a recommendation from a friend (missscarlet21, you were right, it's totally fab, am buying the next one when I'm in Notts!). Also bought a fabby Rachel Huntington of her fetish mermaid, which is now hanging up and making my room look lovely!
Met up with missscarlet21 in The Pit, had a fantastic chat about all sorts of naughty things! She seems so much happier, more settled and content within her own skin than at any other time I've known her. I'm really glad she's havin' fun etc. Loads of love babe and wish I could see more of you!
Bought flyers for the Wake and the Asylum home, much house interest, which was superseeded by the creation of "The Pretend Poof", the first in a long line of cocktails that indovan and joda_vibe are aiming to create. Cocktail night is now a firm feature of the house! I think they are aiming for "The Classic Attention Seeker" next. Much silliness ensued, much drunken fun, large hangovers for some on Sat!
Sat - THE HEN NIGHT! to say that Fi and I were a little apprehensive, would be putting it mildly! We did the veil, waiting for her to cancel, but shock of shocks, she didn't! We've got loads of photos of the night. We had an excellent time, got to Hex no problems (despite being an hour late!) and were given a really warm welcome. They let her in free, and provided a bottle of champagne (and loads of sweeties!), we danced loads, had our photos taken by Gary and really enjoyed ourselves. It reminded me a lot of the Torry, vewry laid back, and totally accepting.
The veil was covered with piccs of pron that we'd been collecting for 3 months. Quite amusing, as the door whore at Hex squealed "I've got the vid with him in! You should see what he can take up his arse!" when he saw it!
Sun - felt crap all day! Tired and nagered all day. Felt really arguementative and all crumpled, like I needed ironing. Just think I'm getting frustrated with my inability to drive. Am pretty much determined now, just need the cash! And If I drove, I could go clubbing in places other than Brum. Have no desire to do Slimes (cos it's poo), but really want to go to Notts, and Wolves etc.
I think I'm suffering from lots of plans and an inability to action them. Plus I feel fat.
