Related to Property Ladder

angelkitty101Why do people take on property development without thinking? These guys wanted to do it 'differently', and have been threatened with prosecution by the planning office (Grade 2 listed building). Idiots!!!
Of course most of this is because my parents built their own house (most ppl go to relate for marriage problems, but not my parents), so I know roughly how building a house can run over budget, and over time! Now he's (man on program) isn't putting in central heating! Why? Cos he didn't think the house needed it! WTF?!!? This is Britain, central heating is vital! Gah! Some people should not be allowed near property!
Sorry about that, I guess I really want my own home (and I won't duck it up that much), and hate to see people ruining perfectly good houses!

Date: 2005-04-26 01:01 pm (UTC)I also want my own home and hate people ruining houses like that. I happen to live in a flat with crappy storage heaters and panel heaters like the ones that guy put in the bedrooms, and they are not sufficient in winter.
