Update and Whimsy
Apr. 23rd, 2005 02:48 pmWell, yesterday was a very busy day for this kitty! I'm still recovering now! I'm also eating biscuits - nummy! Managed to get a bus to town (by running), and was early to catch the coach to London. Now National Express have updated their coaches to London, and they are fantastic. Recling leather seat, loads of leg room, and a non stressful journey resulted in a very chilled out Jules arriving in London. Met up with Claire and we trundled off to Carnaby Street on the Tube. Spent ages in B Never, but had such a lovely time. I love the ladies in B Never, they are so nice and friendly, and they got her out of beige and into pink! All power to them! They rock!
Popped over to Fairy Gothmother in Camden for Skin Two, and to perve over the Mario Slomp shoes (I want, I want, I want), £150 in any colour/size *drool* Ended up missing the bus home (well, it couldn't go too swimmingly could it!), and had to catch a train back! Train was pants! And it cost £25! Not happy, finally got in at about 9.30, but did have a lovely chat with
df_gumby on the bus home. Am very tired today tho!
I've done masses today, pegged the washing out, done the bathroom, and had to deal with Aubrey bringing a bird back. I think it was dead, didn't open the door (learning from last week), and she disappeared with it when Jody appeared. So I think it was just a pressie for me (aren't I lucky). The lovely Dru-lady popped over for a cuppa and a chat, which was lovely, and helped me get the washing in.
Tommorrow we're off to Mr Jodyman's parents, which will be nice, and then back to work on Monday!
See you all soon
Kisses
