Saw loads of lovely people out at Stigmartyr. Mini, Mr Pete, Sheep, Trace, Juxti, KT, Audrey, Ashe, Bert, Sarah, Kimmy, Greta (who I managed to corrupt a bit with Audrey), Jazz and loads of other wonderful peeps! Huge hugs and lollies to you all. All I will say about the corruption is simply that Headhunter has the lines, 'spread your legs and catch the man!' So there!

I had a great time, danced loads, lost my voice and got a badge! Plus I was wearing BPAL O, and was smelled 3 times by Mini, and just_jazz said that he wanted to rip my clothes off and lick me all over cos I smelled so delicious! Now that's validation!!!!!

For those of you that are interested in the fabulous perfume oils of the Black Pheonix Alchemical Lab, you can get them from either the lab (google BPAL), or http://www.theimphouse.co.uk, the lovely Ctrlfreak and Tugs business (they are from the Lush forum for those of you not on it!)

since I responded to that fuckwit, I've had nothing but abuse from his ladette friends. Luckily, refuting their maunderings is so easy it's painful (e.g., "women shouldn't have an international day because other repressed groups like Tibetans don't get one". So, what's World Tibet Day then?).

Sad to think that some of these are women who might not even exist (either not conceived or aborted) if women like me hadn't campaigned for statutory maternity rights, like leave, benefits/pay, and job security, and demanded greater tolerance of single motherhood!

Of course there have always been women like this, giving all sorts of reasons - femininity, tradition, the 'obvious' gender differences, etc, but it all boils down to sheer terror that if they don't agree with the men, the men won't like them...

Grrrrrr. I HATE that attitude. It runs along with 'I can't do that, I've just had a baby!' 'Be nice to me, I've got PMT', 'My hormones are a bit up and down, you should make allowances'.

All of those statements have come from women who work within the bank.

All are deplorable! Stop making excuses and being pathetic, and playing for sympathy!

Wheee, I have just ordered three scents from The Imp House! Although, I'm not sure what's up with their site, because as soon as I had finished the PayPal bit (and got my receipt), trying to return to thier site just gave me a 404... and it still reckons my cart is ready for checkout. Hmm. Looks like I have just paid them but not actually ordered anything! :(

Have mailed them to ask what happened, so we shall see.

Anyway, have had a lovely reply from Heather who definitely got my order and is going to check out the web issues with the hosting company she is with.... if anyone is reading this and was going to order from them and was put off by what I said.. DON'T BE!!! It seems to be just a minor issue, and they DO get your order, and if you have any worries, you can always mail them and they'll sort it out for you!

I am *really* looking forward to getting my little parcel in the next few days!! :)
