Printed?
Scanned?
With a pencil?

If it's with a pencil on a sheet of paper, I might be able to help. Don't expect colour. Why does he want it?

I can't really figure out from that pic how the original is done but I'd probably be able to do it if I had time, unfortunately I don't, so I'm not sure why I commented... can you tell i'm bored today...?
