I'm feeling very olympic today!
Feb. 17th, 2005 04:18 amI've woken up feeling all positive, and I have no idea why (well I have sort of an idea, but *blush*). Got to work early, have been given 2 lunch hours, my boots are on their way, my bus pass will be sorted as of next month. And it's payday tomorrow!
I've just had a squizz at the line-up for Infest, and there are only 2 bands I would want to see, Tin Omen (cos they rawk) and The Azoic (who are super fabby and I love them). I'm a bit miffed about missing the Azoic, but as I am going to be in the US, I think I can cope. Just have to hope that they come somewhere near! Oooh, btw, the Azoic are very stompy, and base-y and very, very Jules-y (ie lush vocals over a stompy track, music made to be danced to!)
Anyone who is going is in for a treat!!!!!
So that means that this yr I will miss the following bands that I care about:-
Psycophile (unless I go to BlackSheep - likely - Nah!)
Voltaire
The Azoic
Tin Omen (unless they play Wolves or Brum again soon!)
I HAVE to see Zombina to make up *pouts*
What's happening to me, I never used to care about seeing live bands. It's going out with a Jodaboi, that's what does it! He's very much into live bands, so he is!
In other news, I'm looking for a work handbag, it has to be smart, stylish and roomy. It has to fit in the following:- book, walkman, lunch, make-up (Whipstick, Viva Glam, B Never Brazil, Juciy Tube, eye liner), purse, mobile phone, keys, and all my plastic (my purse is too small for that), and it HAS to have a shoulder strap!
I've kinda fallen in love with the Birkin style bags that appeared last season, anyone know a good site on the web for handbags (Chrissi, Queen Hissyfit - I'm looking at YOU!)
Am getting excited aboot London, as there are only 2 weekends left until I go!!!! *bounce, bounce*
See you all soon,
Snuggles to all

Date: 2005-02-17 01:54 pm (UTC)I love the playboy bags though-my total faves and I do have a slight (about 10!!) obsession-they are well made and a goodsize but not big enough for me at work as i have to fit my brolly n radio in-no cd player means no happy jo as she has to listen to moaning oaps and not dazzling kerrang radio out and abouter the MONK (he's lovely!) Try ebay is also a good idea!!
