Soppy and romantic and stuff!
Feb. 4th, 2005 04:40 amFirstly the stuff - my left shoulder is really hurting from my fall yesterday. I don't want to raise it, and would really like a new arm! Also tru_loo is coming over tonight to cut my fringe (hopefully).
Watched the Da Vinci code thing last night with Tony Robinson. I did think that the fact Tone is a committed Christian did mean that he was a little too quick to dismiss most of the theories, except for the Mary/John last supper one! It was a very good programme tho, and huge snaps for the fabulousness of Mary Magdalene making an appearance!
And now the romantic mushy stuff!
Yesterday at work Jo called me and said he was gonna meet me from work. Was a bit worried, and wondered what it could be about. When I met him, he asked me where I wanted to go for our anniversary dinner! I was so surprised, we're both financially embarrassed at the mo, and I really wasn't expecting anything, so this was a complete shock!
We ended up going to the Golden Pond and having a truely lovely meal. It was so nice, and romantic and thoughtful. I really do have the most amazing man!
Btw our anniversary is the 7th, 2 yrs together, and it just gets better every day. He's kind, gentle, giving of self and very, very good for me. He's the only man I could ever live with, and probably the only one who can put up with me!
So Hoorah and kisses and hugs and stuff to my boi! Without whom I would not be such a happy, positive person!
You are all quite welcome to be sick!
Big Hugs to those that want them
Kisses x x x
