My gods, it lives!
Sep. 30th, 2004 01:25 pmWell, what have I been doing with myself? Unfortunately, the answer is 'not a lot'. Have mainly chilled out and relaxed.
Had a minor panic on Mon night as that tom came back, and Aubrey didn't. I was calling and calling, and all I got was this tom. So, in order to scare him off I threw a very small amount of water at him and shouted. We haven't seen him since. Aubrey didn't come back until 2.40 the next morning. Meaning a crap night's sleep for me and Jodaboi. However she came back all of her own accord on Tues, and I was very very relived. Nothing like crying over a cat to show you how much you love them.
Went to see 'Hero' (new Jet Li flix) last night with Jody's best mate and his girlfriend. Was an excellent film, and excellent company. The film is breath-taking, beautiful cinematography (sp) and beautiful use of colour. missscarlet21, I think you may really enjoy this! It's definately going down as one for the DVD collection. And I cried, but it was my pretty crying, not an out and out bawl-fest (that's Little Women, Beth only has to say 'The Hummel baby died Jo' and I'm off).
In other news, it's the Lush forum pamper night tonight, am really looking forward to it, especially as I appear to have thrown my back carrying a remote control Subaru Impreza from the Bullring. It's Rolf's last day today, and we collected £90 for him, hence the weighty gift! Really gonna miss him, it'll be odd without him around.
