angelkitty101Hello all, not been on for a while, mainly due to the canteen having a huge make-over, so no net access for lj! Am able to read it tho, so have been keeping up with all you guys!
All those on Lush forum - yes, it is all going a bit tits up, but I appear to miss most of it, cos I only have net access at work! Hopefully it will all die down, mainly cos I'm totally sick of it all!
Haven't done much this week, went to see a house on Thurs, but we can't remember if there were any radiators, and for £475pcm, I want an f-ing radiator!
Went to see Mum and Rog on Sunday, Rog is looking better than I thought he would. He's taking up the acoustic guitar cos he's so bored of being stuck at home! Jodaboi tuned the guitar in for him, so at least it makes a better sound, just waiting for the call for Clapton now!
Also recieved a summons from The Sheep on Sunday, as young Mr Conyard was up from Canters. Apparently there was a quiz at the PagSoc, and he was the only one who could answer correctly. Was nice to see both of them, as they are both very dear friends whom I don't see often enough. That must be remedied!
Had a lovely chat with The Sheep, he was exclaming horror at the price of Stella in Colmores, but that's why he's called The Sheep, he follows the beer. He's a wonderful friend and despite several peoples best efforts over the past 9 years, he makes his own mind up, and has never stopped being my friend. I am very lucky to know him.
Jodaboi got the lecture from Mr Conyard as to what a great catch I am. Nice to know that there are some lovely men out there that still carry a torch for me. Kinda gives one a warm fuzzy feeling.
Can't wait to live with Jodaboi, really looking forward to it, just got to find the right house. May have to appeal to the universe, what colour candles work well for this? It's out there, I've just gotta find it!
